Welcome to APLE's website. It is with great pride and privilege that I serve you and your children as the instructional leader of the Academy of Personal Leadership and Excellence.

I am looking forward to a promising school year, as we return to pre-pandemic learning and welcome opportunities to meet and work with you and your children throughout the 2023-2024 school year!

APLE's teachers and support staff are dedicated to preparing our students to become college and career ready, by providing a quality education for all children. Our goal is to offer your children the best possible education in a positive and safe learning environment. Our staff encourages students to utilize their strengths and encourages problem-solving and critical thinking skills to become creative and independent thinkers with strong character.

As a staff, we strategically focus on student learning and provide many opportunities for our students to increase their academic performance through high expectations, comprehensive programs, interventions, and effective teaching. A diverse array of strategies and activities are implemented to appeal to all learning styles so that all learn effectively and reach their potential.

APLE takes great pride in establishing an atmosphere that invites its valued stakeholders to be a part of the educational process. Throughout the year, parents are provided many opportunities to participate in the education of their child. We welcome your attendance at school events and encourage your participation by attending school leadership team meetings via Zoom. along with town halls and family nights.

Communication and teamwork are of utmost importance at APLE. I hope you find our site to be a useful and informative resource to stay connected to your child's school throughout the school year.
